House Rules
Please read before your stay
Advance & Cancellation
- 50% upfront payment required to confirm. Remaining 50% due 7 days before check-in.
- Free cancellation 30+ days before check-in. 8–24 days: 50% of booking amount retained.
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in: full amount non-refundable.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in from 2 PM. Check-out strictly by 11 AM. Late check-out: ₹2,000/hour.
- Valid Government-issued ID required. Foreign nationals need Passport/Visa details before check-in.
Noise & Gatherings
- No loud music or DJ sessions. Outdoor gatherings and bonfires must end by 9:30 PM per local regulations.
Kitchen & Meals
- Kitchen restricted to baby food prep and reheating only.
- Meals available on request at extra charges — 24-hour advance notice. Kitchen closes at 10 PM.
- No room service. Meals served in dining area only.
- Guests may order in or dine at nearby restaurants.
Additional Amenities
- Bonfires: ₹999 + taxes, 24-hour advance notice, not after 9:30 PM.
- Driver/staff accommodation: ₹999 + taxes/person/night including breakfast (max 2 people).
Smoking Policy
- Strictly prohibited indoors. Penalty: ₹10,000 for violations. Designated outdoor smoking areas only.
Electricity & Connectivity
- Generator and inverter available during outages. Generator rests 30 min after every 3 hours of use.
- WiFi provided (subject to availability). Jio, Airtel, Vi work well in the area.
Security & Visitors
- Outside visitors strictly prohibited. Only registered guests allowed on property.
- Additional guests must be pre-approved by the host.
- Illegal activities are not permitted and will result in legal action.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Close windows and doors at dusk to prevent insects.
- Use designated bins for trash disposal.
- Housekeeping on alternate days — contact caretaker for any assistance.
Pets
- Supervise pets at all times. Not allowed on furniture or in kitchen areas.
- Clean up after pets promptly. Damages caused by pets are chargeable.
- Pets must stay within property boundaries.
Property Care
Treat the property with love and care. Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. The owners are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
